Please note the price for the ground package covers the hotels, food, and ground transportation, but does not include airfare to Saudi Arabia and the visa which will need to be booked separately.
We are excited to announce that we will be joined by Shaykh Amin Rastani, Shaykh Mahdi Rastani, and Ustadha Fatemah Meghji.
We understand that these dates may make it difficult for students in school, however, we will be providing a signed note that can be provided to the school for pre-planned absences.
Flight & Visa Details
Please read through the following before booking your flight.
Based on our research and to maximize time on our trip we will be flying into Madinah and leaving from Jeddah airport via Turkish Airlines.
You will be required to obtain the visa for the Umrah trip before the travel dates. We will send information on how to book the visa in a few months. Estimated cost of visa for Umrah is around $150 to $200 per person which is not included in the price of the ground package.

When booking flights, please ensure to select the Multi-City Option with an arrival time in Madinah of 12:25 AM on Sunday, January 12, 2025 (Flight TK 136). To select this option, we will be leaving from Dallas on Friday, January 10th at 8:35 PM (TK 192). For the departure from Jeddah, please select the Turkish flight that leaves Jeddah at 6:40 AM on Sunday, January 19th (TK 97). If you are unable to select this flight or would like to select another flight, please reach out to us to ensure your arrival time in Madinah and departure time from Jeddah do not require special transportation to and from the hotel as that will incur additional costs.
Pricing Details
At the time of registration, you will be required to put down a deposit of $500 per individual to secure your spot in the Umrah Group. The remaining amount will be collected in cash upon arrival to the hotel in Madinah.
Prices listed below are per person and subject to your party size. If you are traveling solo, you will be grouped with another solo traveler and will be subject to the double pricing.
Party Leaders will be sent a final invoice for the amount they need to bring with them in cash (USD). This invoice will include the hotel configuration. Party sizes over 4 will be given 1 quad configuration and either quad, triple, or double rooms to cover the rest of the party.
Please note, that any attendees over the age of 65, will either need a person under the age of 65 accompanying them during the trip, or a medical clearance form from a doctor attesting to their ability for international travel.
General Ground Package: This includes costs such as ground transportation, hotels, and food. Does not include the price of airfare and visa.
Double: $1350
Triple: $1200
Quad: $1120
CFK Members/Student Ground Package: This includes everything in the General Ground Package. Does not include the price of airfare and visa.
Students in College or Post Grad will need to submit proof of enrollment, e.g. enrollment verification form. For students in high school and under, an image of their passport is sufficient.
Double: $1250
Triple: $1100
Quad: $1020
Child Pricing (5 years and under): $300
This includes food, ground transportation, and accommodations. This price does not include an additional bed, airfare, or visa. Therefore, the child is expected to share their twin bed with their parent. Please note the child should be 5 years old or younger.

Cancelation Policy
Refunds will be processed with no questions asked until October 15. After October 15, it is up to the discretion of Dallas Youth to issue any refunds for cancelations.
Dallas Youth reserves the right to cancel the trip following any unexpected developments which may impact the safety of the trip or increase the undue liability of the trip.
